Role Overview:
An experienced ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Developer is needed to support the configuration, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the ServiceNow SPM platform. The role works closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to deliver scalable solutions aligned with portfolio, project, and demand management objectives.
The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and business-savvy, with the ability to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow configurations and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, customize, and support ServiceNow SPM applications for Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Idea Management and Agile / PPM-related capabilities as applicable.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical ServiceNow solutions.
Design and implement workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, notifications, and automation aligned with SPM best practices.
Support configuration of SPM data models, hierarchies, scoring, prioritization, and portfolio structures.
Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems as needed.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide production support for SPM-related functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process efficiency, reporting, dashboards, and visibility across portfolios and projects.
Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, testing, and release activities.
Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
Work with T.EN ServiceNow Platform administrators and architect to ensure platform standards and governance are maintained.
