Role Description
As a Requirements Engineer for web-based commission reporting systems, you will analyze and design technical requirements for a reporting platform used by financial advisers to view commission earnings and related financial reports. Working at the intersection of business, product, and technology, you will ensure that end-to-end incentive- and commission-related requirements are clearly understood, validated, and implemented.

Your key responsibilities
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Engage stakeholders across business, product, and operations to translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development and testing teams. System Design and Interface Specification: Define front-end user interface requirements, including usability and navigation, in alignment with back-end database implementation, including data structures, SQL queries, and mappings. Integration and Process Mapping: Analyze end-to-end commission reporting processes and specify integration requirements among front-end portals, core calculation platforms such as SAP FS-ICM, and other internal upstream and downstream systems.
