Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, along with experience in microservices architecture, RESTful API development, and message brokers.
The candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality, maintainable code, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Build responsive and reusable UI components using React.js and modern JavaScript. Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services using Node.js and Express.js. Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs across application services. Work with microservices architecture to build and maintain modular, independently deployable services. Implement asynchronous communication and event-driven workflows using message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, indexes, and aggregation pipelines for performance and scalability. Identify and resolve application bugs, performance bottlenecks, and production issues. Follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, and write maintainable, reusable, and testable code. Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and development teams to deliver features within agreed timelines. Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
