Role/Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Android Developer with 7+ years of experience building scalable, high-quality Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, and GraphQL. Skilled in Agile development, client-server architecture, automated testing, CI/CD, and end-to-end feature delivery, with a focus on code quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Android features for the client’s travel app using Kotlin, Jetpack, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, and GraphQL Own the development and quality of your features from planning to release, ensuring they are reliable, flexible, and easy to maintain for travelers worldwide Collaborate with local and remote developers and the client’s team within Agile methodology to deliver features on schedule Conduct code and pull request reviews across the shopping portfolio’s modules and services to assess code quality and flexibility Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) techniques and mobile development best practices to keep the app scalable Drive continuous improvement and CI/CD in the development process, including test automation and automated deployments Lead technical discussions and decisions with functional teams, shaping client/server solutions for a large-scale product Maintain daily communication with the client’s engineers to align on priorities, requirements, and release plans
