As a Senior Full Stack Application Engineer at CI&T, you will design and build intuitive, data-driven business applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js and AWS, with a strong focus on frontend engineering, UX/UI and data visualisation.
You will work closely with Business, Product, Architects and Data Engineers to translate complex business processes, calculations and simulations into interactive user experiences, integrating with enterprise systems, data platforms and AI/ML services.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong frontend expertise, solid backend capabilities, product thinking and ownership from discovery through production, leveraging AI-assisted development practices throughout.
Key responsibilities
Design and build intuitive, responsive and data-driven user interfaces using React and TypeScript, with a strong focus on UX/UI, usability and data visualisation. Translate complex business processes, calculations, simulations and scenario modelling into interactive application features. Develop secure APIs and backend services using Node.js and AWS, integrating with enterprise systems, data platforms such as Databricks and AI/ML services. Build technical prototypes to validate feasibility, explore solutions and support technical decisions. Own engineering quality, including automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD and production deployments.
