Job Description
Role: Strategic Project Lead – Software Engineering
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Remote
Openings: 10
Availability: Bench Candidates Only (No Market Resources)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 4 hours overlap with PST.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end software engineering data programs for AI model training and evaluation. Handle coding data, coding RLHF, SWE benchmarks, model evaluations, agentic coding, code generation, and code repair. Manage contributor sourcing, onboarding, calibration, reviewer capacity, and performance. Monitor project delivery, productivity, quality, defects, rework, costs, and timelines. Review source code, test cases, and deliverables to ensure technical accuracy. Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions. Manage distributed software engineers, reviewers, and team leads. Prepare operational reports and communicate project progress, risks, and recovery plans to clients.
Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
