As an Advanced Analytics Developer Senior, you will design, develop, and deploy complex analytics solutions that transform data into meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making across Novant Health(https://himalayas.app/companies/novant-health). Using modern technologies such as SQL, Python, Databricks, Azure, and Power BI, you will build scalable solutions spanning data extraction, transformation, modeling, automation, visualization, testing, and production support.
In this role, you will lead complex development efforts, make key technical and design decisions, and partner with business stakeholders and leadership to deliver scalable analytics solutions. You will also mentor less experienced Analytics Developers while ensuring solutions meet high standards for quality, security, performance, documentation, and reliability.
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM Monday - Friday (On call support required as needed)

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex analytics and data solutions. Build scalable solutions for data extraction, transformation, modeling, automation, and visualization. Develop analytics products using SQL, Python, Spark, Databricks, Azure, Power BI, and related technologies. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective analytics solutions. Lead technical design and development for complex initiatives. Ensure solutions meet standards for quality, security, performance, documentation, and production reliability. Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced Analytics Developers.
