In this role, you will design, build and deploy the GenAI services and AI agents behind Pega Infinity and the Pega AI Assistant. That includes agent tools and MCP integrations, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and knowledge services, AI guardrails and governance, and agent observability. You'll lead features end to end, from problem framing to production, on cloud-native services that run securely at enterprise scale on AWS, GCP and customer-hosted environments.
