About the Role
We are looking for a Creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer – Fresher
to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity and an interest in creating engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites and marketing materials.
Freshers with a strong portfolio, academic projects, or personal design work are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Create creative designs for social media posts, stories, ads, banners and digital campaigns. Develop visually appealing graphics based on client and campaign requirements. Work with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements. Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across creative assets. Create multiple design concepts and make revisions based on feedback. Assist in designing promotional materials, presentations, website graphics and other marketing collaterals. Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends and creative styles. Organize and maintain design files and assets properly. Support the creative team with day-to-day design requirements.
Required Skills
Strong creativity and visual sense. Basic understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts and composition. Good attention to detail. Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into designs. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
Software Skills
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred. Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or other design tools is an advantage. Candidates who are willing to learn new design tools are encouraged to apply.
