JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly motivated engineer to support the design, development, integration, and fielding of a next-generation autonomous aircraft system. This position requires a balance of technical rigor, rapid decision-making, and hands-on engineering to efficiently transition concepts into operational capability. The ideal candidate is comfortable solving complex problems, taking ownership, working within an accelerated aircraft development environment, and is motivated by getting meaningful capability into the hands of operators quickly. What you'll do: - - Drive architecture, sub-system, and circuit design for our next generation aircraft and its support equipment. This includes complex system architectures utilizing custom circuitry (FPGAs, power management, analog, digital, servos, microcontrollers, sensors, radios, etc.) - Support the design and integration of complex embedded systems and sensors which enable aircraft autonomy and AI - Help define technical product requirements and features - Lead and mentor teammates working on the same project - Own circuit part selection, schematic capture, simulation, analysis, verification, debugging, and release to production - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, embedded, software, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.)…
