Job Summary
Responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, coordinating software development activities, resolving software-related queries, supporting digital transformation, and handling digital marketing, social media advertising and online promotions to enhance the company's brand visibility and business growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. IT Support & Technical Management
Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, networks and other IT equipment. Install, configure and maintain software, applications and operating systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet and networking issues. Manage email accounts, domain, website hosting and user access. Maintain IT assets, data backups and system security.
2. Software Development & Coordination
Coordinate with software developers for the development of company applications and customized software. Understand business requirements and communicate them to software development teams. Assist in developing and maintaining company software, websites and internal applications. Identify software bugs, errors and technical issues and coordinate for timely resolution. Handle software-related queries from employees and management. Test new software features and ensure they meet company requirements. Suggest improvements and automation in HR, payroll, attendance, billing and other business processes.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
Manage company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Create and publish promotional posts, advertisements, banners, reels and videos. Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns. Handle paid advertisements through Meta Ads and Google Ads. Promote company services, recruitment activities, achievements and events through digital platforms. Develop creative content, captions and marketing materials.
