We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional candidate to join Payoneer. This Role is critical in driving our APAC + China regions’ expansion and operational excellence to streamline the entire ops process. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of top-tier strategic thinking and hands-on data analysis. To ensure seamless collaboration with local partners and stakeholders, fluency in either Japanese or Vietnamese is a preferred requirement for this position. Full time | Shanghai | Onsite What you will do Collaborate and track the development of GTM strategies for new features and products tailored to APAC market. Able to design a localized process to seamless the CX. Able to utilize data analysis to identify potential opportunities and optimize the funnel for operation team to meet customer expectations. Monitor competitive landscapes, and business trend in the APAC digital markets. Translate local nuances into global product requirements. Work closely with GTM, product, and local operations teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
