We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong technical leadership, and hands-on experience in building and maintaining enterprise-grade software systems, with deep expertise on security best practices for software development. This role offers an opportunity to lead innovation in secure, AI-assisted software development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable deployment.
Lead enterprise-level security best practices, including:
DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing)
SAST (Static Application Security Testing)
SCA (Software Composition Analysis)
Champion the use of AI in engineering workflows, mentoring teams in:
Applying Agentic AI coding assistants for enterprise development (Claude Code or Google Antigravity)
Automated testing best practices and continuous quality improvement
Architect and develop scalable applications, integrating:
Python, FastAPI, and modern Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., CrewAI)
React for front-end development
Node.js for back-end development
Databases (SQL/NoSQL) and message queue systems for robust communication
Contribute hands-on to resolving complex bugs and optimizing system performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product team, software engineers, data scientists, and external development partners.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of professional software design and development experience.
Proven experience building and maintaining secure CI/CD pipelines.
Demonstrated expertise in DAST, SAST, and SCA methodologies.
Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and modern AI frameworks (LLMs, CrewAI, etc.).
Expertise in React-based front-end development.
Experience in Node.js back-end development and API design.
