🚨 Contract Opportunity: Senior Organizational Change Management Lead 📍 Miami, FL 33101 💼 Contract position Cynet Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Change Management Lead to drive stakeholder adoption, business readiness, communications, and sustainable outcomes for a large-scale transformation program. Key responsibilities: • Develop and execute the enterprise OCM strategy • Conduct stakeholder-impact and readiness assessments • Create communication, engagement, and training strategies • Lead executive alignment and stakeholder-engagement activities • Identify and manage change risks, resistance, and adoption barriers • Establish change KPIs and measure adoption effectiveness • Partner with business-process, SAP, and project teams • Lead business-readiness and transition planning Required qualifications: • 8+ years of organizational change management experience • Experience supporting large-scale business or SAP transformations • Strong stakeholder-management and executive-facilitation skills • Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR, or comparable change frameworks • Experience conducting change-impact and readiness assessments • Experience developing communication and training strategies • Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities Preferred: • Prosci or ADKAR certification • SAP transformation experience Interested candidates should send an updated resume, contact information, availability, and a convenient time to connect.
