Together.The Remote Data Analyst will serve as an embedded analytics partner and subject matter expert to operational leaders across the organization. This role is responsible for transforming complex operational and performance data into actionable insights, dashboards, and recommendations that support business decisions, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. The analyst will work across multiple data domains and systems, identifying trends, diagnosing process breakdowns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and measure improvements. This position plays a critical role in elevating data-driven decision making across operational functions and enabling the organization to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.Job Responsibilities:Perform routine and ad-hoc analyses across operational datasets to uncover trends, variance drivers, root causes, and performance risks. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to enable transparency, monitoring, and proactive decision-making across business units.
