A world where human judgement, empathy, systems thinking, and creativity become the real differentiators, while AI accelerates the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will leverage your collective experience as a design practitioner in this entire journey for driving impact on the client side. You will craft ‘new ways of working‘ from a design perspective with the influx of AI. We are not looking for someone whose primary focus is making requirements turned into artefacts, make things look polished or pixel-perfect.
The Expectation
You're comfortable across the full design lifecycle, but you're exceptional at the parts that make it land: sharp problem framing, design that ships, and AI-accelerated craft.
