The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in managed services or multi-tenant environments, with the ability to develop, customize, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions in domain-separated and multi-tenant environments. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including Case Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. Manage platform upgrades, plugin maintenance, and upgrade impact analysis. Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Server. Build complex workflows and automate business processes using Flow Designer, custom actions, and sub-flows. Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and JavaScript-based solutions. Follow ServiceNow development best practices, including scoped applications, update sets, and code reviews. Troubleshoot platform issues, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
