AI / Generative AI EngineerRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced AI / Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, LLMs, RAG, NLP, FastAPI, Flask, and Agentic AI to design and build scalable, production-ready AI solutions.Key Responsibilities
Design and develop end-to-end GenAI architectures for AI assistants, RAG systems, conversational AI, and agentic applications. Build and deploy production-ready AI/GenAI systems with focus on scalability, reliability, performance, security, and cost optimization. Develop backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, and REST APIs. Design and optimize RAG pipelines, including document processing, embeddings, vector search, retrieval, and contextual generation. Implement LLM applications, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, dynamic functions, context management, and AI agents. Apply NLP techniques for intent detection, entity extraction, semantic search, summarization, question answering, and conversational AI. Lead and mentor the Python/AI engineering team, including task allocation, technical guidance, code reviews, and engineering best practices. Own technical architecture and make technology decisions across LLMs, vector databases, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure. Take AI solutions from POC to production, including testing, deployment, monitoring, debugging, and continuous optimization. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into effective AI solutions.
