Data Scientist IV itD is seeking a Data Scientist IV to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize marketing performance through advanced analytics, experimentation, and machine learning. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in business analysis, statistical methods, machine learning, and causal inference, with the ability to develop measurement frameworks, evaluate marketing effectiveness, and deliver actionable insights that influence business strategy and growth. Responsibilities Conduct impactful business analyses using descriptive analytics, machine learning, statistical methods, and other data science techniques to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions. Develop and implement measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing campaigns and assess their impact on brand perception, engagement, and revenue growth. Apply experimentation, statistical testing, and causal inference techniques to measure outcomes, validate hypotheses, and guide business optimizations. Analyze marketing and business performance data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and improve engagement with advertisers of varying sizes and markets. Develop data science solutions that support business audience growth through advanced targeting, predictive modeling, and dynamic content personalization. Collaborate with product, growth, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate business challenges into analytical solutions and drive measurable impact. Present findings, recommendations, and analytical results to stakeholders to inform marketing strategy, improve decision-making, and guide future initiatives.
