THE ROLE
At Sovos, we're building the global tax compliance platform that businesses rely on every day, and our customers expect fast, accurate support. As a Senior Service Cloud Developer, you'll own the technical design, build, and quality of our Salesforce Service Cloud platform, covering case management, entitlements and SLAs, knowledge, and omni-channel routing. You'll work closely with Support, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to turn business requirements into scalable, well-governed solutions, and you'll set the technical standard for Service Cloud development across the Business Applications team.
