What you’ll do
Rotational 24/7 Coverage: Provide dedicated hands-on support and incident response in a 24/7 rotational shift environment (including night shifts, weekends, and on-call rotations). Incident Management & Triage: Investigate, debug, and resolve Tier 2/Tier 3 technical issues, production tickets, and application anomalies reported in Jira/ServiceNow to ensure strict SLA compliance. Monitoring & System Health: Continuously monitor microservices, system integration flows, and Linux server environments to proactively identify performance bottlenecks and system failures. Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Perform deep-dive log analysis and post-incident root cause investigations for complex outages, driving permanent resolution items across engineering teams. Environment & Deployment Maintenance: Execute standard operational tasks including environment configuration changes, system updates, application deployments, file backups, and routine health checks.
