About the role
You will design and write automated tests for web, API and desktop applications, and keep them running reliably in CI.
What you will do
Write automated UI and API tests Maintain and improve the automation framework Run tests in CI and investigate failures Log clear defects and work with developers to resolve them Review test cases written by other engineers
What you will need
3–6 years in test automation Playwright, Selenium or a similar tool Python, C, Java or TypeScript Building multi-layered test execution that validates API, shell/CLI and browser layers in the same run Using AI tools to generate and inject test data dynamically Experience running tests in Jenkins or another CI tool
Good to have
Desktop automation (pywinauto or FlaUI) Performance testing basics Familiarity with industrial IT/OT protocols (OPC UA, MQTT) or Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test environments
Education
B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics or a related field, or MCA
