About the team Payment Success Management (PSM) is a merchant-facing team that diagnoses and fixes payment performance problems. When a merchant's performance falls short of expectations or trails another payment provider, we find the root cause and close the gap. This role supports US-based merchants and works alongside our account managers and technical account managers. How you'll make an impact - Own merchant performance engagements from start to finish, typically about three months each: kickoff, diagnosis, fixes, A/B testing and reporting results. - Dig deep into large, complex datasets to find the root cause of performance gaps. Merchants tell us there's a problem, not where it is. - Turn your findings into hypotheses, run A/B tests and other experiments to prove them, and measure the uplift. - Understand how our machine-learning optimization engine makes decisions.
