As part of our Build HR Technology & Analytics team, we are looking for a People Technology Applications Engineer based out of our Amsterdam office. In this role, you will lead the application and integration engineering layer for our People organization. You will design, build, and maintain custom applications, API middleware, automated workflows, and system-to-system integrations across our Workday ecosystem and enterprise tools. You will think beyond individual SaaS platforms to establish scalable application architecture, low-code/custom code solutions, and seamless user experiences. What you'll do Engineer application & integration solutions: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, programmatic API integrations, webhooks, and middleware connecting Workday HCM with Greenhouse, Qualtrics, Docebo, Slack, and internal platforms.
