Job Title: VMC Programmer
Santosh Engineering Works, Dehugaon, Pune, is looking for an experienced VMC Programmer for precision automotive component manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Independently develop and execute VMC programs. Handle machine setting, tool selection and program prove-out. Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T. Have good knowledge of G-code, M-code and CNC machining. Select cutting tools, inserts and machining parameters. Optimize cycle time, tool life and production efficiency. Troubleshoot machining and programming issues. Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 5–10 years of VMC programming experience. Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC programming and setting. Ability to independently handle production requirements.
Salary: ₹32,000–₹42,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and competency. Location: Dehugaon, Pune.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
