How This Role Makes a Difference The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications that support clinical research and participant pre-screening operations. This position collaborates with cross-functional product development teams to develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies, with a strong emphasis on end-to-end test automation using Playwright. The QA Engineer identifies, documents, and helps resolve software defects throughout the development lifecycle, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and reliable software solutions that support organizational objectives and enhance the user experience.
