About the role: This role will serve as the product owner and technical architect for our reporting ecosystem, ensuring people data is accurate, automated, and scalable. This position is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of standardized Workday reporting solutions, leading the governance framework to establish uniform company-wide metric definitions (such as headcount and retention) to eliminate offline data manipulation. You will report into the Senior Manager, People Analytics. Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. LI-Hybrid Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $101,844- $133,670 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses. Responsibilities: Productize, scale, and maintain tailored talent strategy dashboards to ensure HR Business Partners, operational teams, and business leaders have real-time, automated access to core workforce insights. Execute monthly and quarterly leadership dashboards and presentations while continuously building automated, self-service alternatives to reduce manual deck creation over time. Design, configure, test, and deploy dashboards tailored to the needs of our stakeholders across the People team and company.
