We are looking for: Software Engineer
You’ll make an impact by:
AI Strategy and Architecture.
Design and develop software solutions using C, .NET, and object-oriented programming principles. Develop custom applications, utilities, and automation tools to improve engineering productivity. Integrate applications with enterprise systems, databases, and APIs. Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Support digital engineering, automation, and AI-driven initiatives. Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications. Collaborate with engineering and PLM teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Prepare technical documentation, test cases, and user guides. Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practice.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with 2-3 years of relevant industry experience. Knowledge of electrical products and MV/LV switchgear design concepts. Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, preferably Teamcenter, is desirable. Experience in developing engineering or business solution assets and automation tools. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and software development fundamentals. Familiarity with engineering workflows, CAD applications, and design automation methodologies. Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective technical solutions.
