GTM Engineer Remote (ET & CT time zones only – some travel required) ABOUT US Clasp is a mission-driven, venture-backed startup transforming access to education and career pathways. A college education was always meant to lead to economic mobility. But with rising costs and shrinking loan availability, many working-class and first-generation students don’t have the money they need to finish school. That’s where Clasp comes in. We’re the market leader in institutionally funded gap loan programs. We partner with schools to design, launch and manage lending programs that keep students enrolled, graduating and thriving. Fresh off our Series B, Clasp is entering its next phase of growth. Recent recognition includes: - TIME’s Best Inventions of 2026 (Loan-Linked Hiring) - Forbes Fintech 50 - Business Insider: Top 14 Healthcare Startups to Watch in 2026 and 43 Startups to Bet Your Career On in 2025 Clasp runs two go-to-market motions on one platform: Clasp Talent sells a workforce financing benefit to healthcare employers — a B2B motion with long cycles, multi-stakeholder committees, and named accounts. Clasp Finance originates loans to students at partner schools — a high-volume consumer funnel measured in applications, approvals, conversion, and unit economics. The two feed each other, and almost nothing about how they're instrumented is the same. We need someone to build the machinery underneath both. WHO WE NEED Clasp is hiring a GTM Engineer. This role is the accountable owner of Clasp's HubSpot instance and the systems that surround it — funnel architecture, revenue operations, lifecycle automation, scoring, routing, and reporting across both motions. What makes this an engineering role rather than an administrative one is the approach: you'd rather build a system that removes a manual process than run the manual process well, and you reach for an API or an automation before accepting that something has to be done by hand. We're looking for the first hire in this sea…
