JOB TITLE: Product Owner REPORTS TO: Product Manager DEPARTMENT: Product Management LOCATION: Remote Job Overview Help bring AI to education and certification. Our team exists to deliver AI-centered features for the education and certification industry. As Product Owner, you'll lead and organize that work, turning product vision into a clear, prioritized backlog the engineering team can deliver with confidence. You'll sit between two groups of experts. On one side are the subject matter experts, educators and certification bodies who understand learning and assessment deeply. On the other are the AI engineers and scientists working with a technology that changes month to month. You won't need to be an expert in either; your job is to learn quickly from both, ask the right questions, and make sure each side understands what the other needs, so that real-world problems become features the team can build. You won't just execute the vision; you'll help shape it. Working closely with the Product Manager, you'll bring what you learn from users, experts and the delivery team to the roadmap for your area. Own and prioritize the team backlog: write user stories and acceptance criteria, lead refinement, and represent the team in PI Planning. Partner day to day with the engineering and AI science teams to deliver features in lean, iterative increments. Work with education and certification experts to understand their needs and turn them into AI powered features, making sure both sides understand the trade-offs.
