ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a product designer to help shape how people discover, understand, and get started with Base, while helping create a cohesive user experience across the customer journey. You'll work across our website, enrollment experience, and mobile app, improving existing experiences and building new features as we grow. You'll gather customer insights and use product metrics to identify opportunities, understand where people get stuck, and design solutions that improve usability, engagement, and conversion You'll take ownership of problems, independently exploring ideas and bringing solutions to life. You'll work closely with engineering, growth, operations, and the design team to ship great experiences and continue improving them after launch. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Evolve our top-of-funnel experience. Continuously identify opportunities to improve how people discover, understand, and enroll with Base. Explore new approaches, benchmark great onboarding and conversion experiences, and experiment with everything from small copy and design changes to entirely new flows. Use conversion data to understand what works and keep raising the bar. - Shape and build what's next. Identify opportunities, explore new ideas, and take ownership of new features from concept through launch across our website and mobile app. - Let data guide your design decisions. Analyze product metrics, enrollment funnels, and member behavior to identify opportunities, uncover friction, challenge assumptions, and inform what to build and improve. - Own the outcomes, not just the output.
