Job Summary A Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading a project construction team and the overall management of project direction, planning, completion and financial outcome. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as having strong communication and team building skills. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of accountability for the overall success of assigned projects, acting as the lead liaison between the client, design team, consultants, and subcontractors from preconstruction through closeout Lead project strategy, staffing, and execution approach, ensuring alignment with client expectations, contract requirements, and company objectives Oversee and guide all aspects of project administration, providing direction to APMs and PMs on change orders, document control, meeting management, and closeout Own project financial performance from start to finish, including budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and overall profitability Lead all financial controls, including oversight of change orders, billing, receivables, and subcontractor financial management, ensuring accuracy and proactive issue resolution Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including delays, scope gaps, and claims, while leading resolution strategies with internal leadershi…
