What you'll be doing Here's what that looks like in practice: - Own the Domain’s Data - Define, maintain, and evolve the KPI framework for the domain across all pods (activation, adoption, usage, retention, monetisation, risk and cost signals), ensuring the team always has a reliable, shared view of how our products perform. - Turn Behaviour into Insight - Run deep dives on user behaviour across funnels and product journeys to identify drop-offs, usage patterns, and unmet needs, then translate them into clear, prioritised recommendations for Product. - Drive Experimentation - Partner with PMs and Designers to shape the experimentation roadmap by defining hypotheses, success and guardrail metrics, sample sizes, and test design, then run the readouts and make sure learnings feed back into the roadmap. - Support Product Decisions End to End - Size opportunities, build business cases, and measure post-launch impact on new features and releases, closing the loop between what we ship and the outcomes it delivers. - Build Monitoring & Self-Service Tools - Develop dashboards and reports (Hex, Looker, or similar) that give Product, Operations, and leadership real-time visibility on launches, performance…
