NO CLIENT NAME As a Technical Program Manager - Offshore Engineering and Sustaining Specialist you will be responsible for; Key Responsibilities Offshore Team Development and Coordination Coordinate day-to-day activities and priorities for the offshore sustaining engineering team in India. Establish clear workflows, task assignments, deliverables, ownership, and reporting structures. Track workload, resource allocation, project progress, dependencies, and open issues. Support the continued development and scaling of offshore engineering capabilities. Facilitate collaboration between US-based engineering leaders, subject matter experts, and offshore contractors. Knowledge Transfer and Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate technical knowledge transfer between US and India engineering teams. Establish documentation practices, knowledge-sharing sessions, and onboarding processes. Ensure offshore resources have access to the necessary technical documentation, tools, requirements, and engineering guidance.
