ClusterHR is a comprehensive HRMS platform designed to simplify and automate HR operations, including employee management, attendance, leave, payroll, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
We are looking for a motivated Backend Developer Intern to join our development team and contribute to building scalable, secure, and efficient backend services for our HRMS platform.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance backend APIs and services for the ClusterHR platform. Work with the development team to implement new features and improve existing functionalities. Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs. Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code. Work with databases to design schemas, write queries, and optimize performance. Assist in implementing business logic for HRMS modules such as Employee Management, Attendance, Leave, and Payroll. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and technical issues. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities. Ensure data security, validation, and application performance. Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product teams.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of backend programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP. Understanding of REST APIs and backend application development. Basic knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. Familiarity with Git and version control. Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts. Basic knowledge of authentication, authorization, and API security. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a team environment.
