We are seeking a Project Manager II to independently lead complex ecological construction restoration projects across planning, permitting, field execution, and delivery. If you’re experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams, working with contractors, and driving technical projects with minimal supervision—this is your chance to make a real, tangible impact on the environment. You’ll work out of one of RES’s regional offices or field hubs, collaborating closely with internal scientists, engineers, construction teams, external stakeholders, and subcontractors. You can expect to travel up to 25–50% of the time , particularly during project kickoffs, field execution phases, and regulatory milestones.
