Overview Join our talented, innovative, and diverse team of collaborative designers and produce a wide range of portfolio-worthy work. Your projects will include print and digital collateral such as large-format event graphics and publication layouts; advertising for print, digital, and social media; motion graphics; presentations; illustrations; and fun promotional items for special events. You will work closely with high-level executives to understand their goals, then strategize to make them come alive. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of fellow creatives to inspire, guide, and manage projects to completion. Responsibilities Develop visual concepts and designs that tell compelling stories across print, web, events, social media, and other channels Collaborate with key stakeholders across Esri to understand business needs, shape creative concepts, and translate organizational goals and challenges into effective visual narratives Set and oversee the visual style, imagery, and storytelling for key design projects from concept through delivery Use strong knowledge of the Esri brand and current design practices to improve brand consistency and visual quality Continuously improve skills with the latest industry trends and design software Mentor junior designers and provide clear, constructive creative guidance Lead design projects from concept through completion while ensuring quality, brand consistency, and alignment with project goals Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, or a related field Portfolio Submission: Please include a link to your online portfolio or samples of recent work.
