Position Summary The Industrial Security Analyst provides comprehensive security support for company facilities, personnel, and government programs operating within both classified and unclassified environments. This position supports the Facility Security Officer (FSO) in administering the company's industrial security program and ensuring compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), applicable Department of Defense and Intelligence Community requirements, customer-specific security requirements, and company policies. The Industrial Security Analyst works closely with program management, engineering, operations, facilities, and government security representatives to identify security risks, implement appropriate safeguards, maintain personnel security requirements, and ensure classified operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple security disciplines and priorities in a fast-paced defense contracting environment.
