About the program We are proactively hiring Teaching Assistants (TAs) for the Data Analytics track of a new, fully virtual training-to-jobs program for young people in Somalia. The program prepares learners for remote and online work with employers worldwide, including entry-level data analyst, reporting analyst, and data operations roles. Learners will build practical skills in cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to answer business questions, and will finish with portfolio projects they can show to employers. Schedule and cohort size: We are finalizing the program dates, live session days and times, and cohort size, and will share them with shortlisted candidates before any commitment is made. Live sessions will be scheduled during East Africa Time (EAT) hours, so please tell us your general availability when you apply. Your impact TAs give learners close, personal support so no one falls behind. You will help a small group of learners understand the material, practice it, and build the habits remote employers look for, and you will step in early when a learner's attendance or progress starts to slip.
