Your Role: The Services Architect is an advanced individual contributor within the Services Architecture team, contributing to the technical direction, quality, and delivery of content across the Professional Services Portfolio. Operating with a high degree of autonomy while aligning with the overarching portfolio strategy, this role leads the design and execution of net-new consulting service offerings, courses, and enablement programs, and helps establish standards for the broader team. In this position, the architect provides technical guidance across team projects, handles content and offering escalations, and actively mentors Associate Services Architects. Working in close collaboration with portfolio leadership, the role supports offering strategy and product roadmap alignment, while periodically teaching customer classes or delivering service engagements to ensure content remains grounded in real-world customer experience.
