About the role TeleTracking is seeking a QA Release Manager to lead quality readiness and coordinate reliable software releases across our SaaS platform. This role connects Quality Assurance, Engineering, Product Management, DevOps, and customer-facing teams to ensure releases are thoroughly validated, operationally ready, and clearly communicated. You will own the release readiness process, make quality and delivery risks visible, and drive improvements that help teams deliver software with greater confidence and predictability. Success requires strong technical judgment, disciplined execution, and an understanding of how software changes affect healthcare organizations operating around the clock. What you will do: Release Planning and Execution Own the integrated release calendar, coordinating scope, milestones, dependencies, and readiness across multiple development teams. Establish release entry and exit criteria with Engineering, QA, Product, and DevOps.
