Job Summary: We’re looking for a highly organized, systems-minded Creative & Marketing Project Manager to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, creative initiatives, and cross-functional programs across the organization. This role is highly collaborative and execution-focused. You will manage project intake, planning, timelines, dependencies, and delivery across a wide range of workstreams, ensuring teams remain aligned and projects move efficiently from kickoff through launch. Working closely with Marketing, Creative, Integrated Marketing, Channel teams, and external partners, you’ll help bring structure, visibility, and accountability to complex initiatives while ensuring teams have clear priorities and realistic plans. You will also play a key role in maintaining the systems and processes that support Creative and Marketing Operations via Airtable, helping improve work fl ows, reduce operational friction, and create scalable ways of working.
