Role Overview At Rehire, we are partnering with an international technology company specializing in cloud, data, and digital transformation in the search for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join a cross-platform software development project. We are looking for an experienced QA Automation professional with strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD integration, capable of designing, building, and scaling reliable testing solutions across mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate combines solid software engineering practices with hands-on automation experience, technical ownership, and the ability to improve existing testing frameworks while ensuring high-quality software releases. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, maintain, and scale automated testing frameworks for Flutter applications across iOS, Android, and Web. - Build automated testing solutions using Dart, fluttertest, integrationtest, Patrol, Appium, or similar technologies. - Lead the technical transition of existing QA automation activities, documentation, and testing assets. - Audit and refactor legacy automation scripts, eliminating flaky, redundant, or unreliable tests. - Develop maintainable automated end-to-end, smoke, and regression testing suites. - Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, or similar platforms. - Implement continuous testing processes to identify defects early in the development lifecycle. - Collaborate with developers to improve testability, validate user stories, and establish effective shift-left testing practices. - Configure and manage testing environments, emulators, simulators, and cloud device testing platforms. - Execute automated tests across multiple devices, operating systems, and browser environments. - Develop and maintain automated API tests to validate backend integrations and end-to-end workflows. - Monitor testing metrics, including execution times, test coverage…
