Role description
The Role
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer (A3) to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications for global clients. The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on development experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively within Agile teams.
What You’ll Do
Develop, enhance, and maintain web, cloud, and enterprise applications. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Design and develop REST APIs, microservices, and reusable components. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps. Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Implement unit testing and support CI/CD deployment processes. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and engineering best practices.
