About the role As Marketing Data Analyst, you will own the analytical point of view on marketing performance across Coalition's insurance and security businesses. You will connect data from across the marketing and sales stack, explain what is driving results, and bring marketing leadership recommendations that change what we do next. This role is weighted toward insight over reporting. Dashboards matter and you will keep them healthy, but the true value you’re going to bring is analysis and the judgment behind it. You will partner closely with marketing operations, sales operations, data engineering, data science, and marketing leadership. Responsibilities Funnel & Campaign Analysis: Run end-to-end analysis across both the insurance and security businesses, from awareness and demand capture through intent, pipeline, and closed revenue. The two funnels behave differently and you will need to understand each, including the go to market motions that go into them so you can identify where the funnel is leaking, which channels are carrying weight, and what should change. Insights & Recommendations: Get past simple metrics to the insight. Bring campaign managers, growth leads, and marketing leadership data-backed recommendations they can act on. That includes calls on what to repeat, what to cut, and where to move our collective marketing efforts. Data Synthesis: Pull together CRM, marketing automation, ad platform, web analytics, and sales engagement data to answer questions no existing dashboard can.
