POSITION SUMMARY
Design, develop, test, and support Java-based applications while managing key aspects of the Application Development Life Cycle. The role focuses on scalable full-stack engineering, modern cloud and DevOps practices, and practical use of AI/GenAI in software development.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES
5+ years of hands-on experience in Java full-stack application development. Strong experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications. Hands-on experience using AI/Generative AI technologies in software development and engineering workflows. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
