Position in this function leads the architecture, design, and development of modern cloud-native applications and data platforms leveraging Azure, Java, Spring Boot, React JS, Snowflake, and DBT. This role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, solution design, and governance responsibilities to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant healthcare technology solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end solution delivery, including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), architecture reviews, and technical roadmaps Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Azure cloud services Build and integrate modern data solutions leveraging Databricks, Snowflake, DBT, and semantic layer architectures Remain highly hands-on, contributing to coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support Lead and mentor engineering teams, driving engineering excellence, development standards, and best practices Collaborate with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions Drive application security, vulnerability remediation, dependency management, and platform risk mitigation efforts Partner with Security, Compliance, Audit, and Risk teams to ensure adherence to enterprise policies, regulatory requirements, and healthcare industry standards Establi…
