Job Overview And Responsibilities The Developer plays an important role in creating and maintaining the strategic partnership between business needs and technology delivery. The Developer plans, designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions supporting core organizational capabilities.
This individual applies strong engineering, analytical, and problem-solving skills and leverages modern development practices, automation, and AI-assisted engineering tools to improve software quality, developer productivity, and speed of delivery. The Developer is experienced and self-sufficient in performing responsibilities with limited supervision and general guidance.
Assist in the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of software applications and services. Collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, QA, security, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Build and maintain APIs, backend services, integrations, and event-driven components as appropriate. Work on one or more moderate-to-complex initiatives and contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle.
