What you'll do ------------------
Docusign is looking for a Senior Performance Engineer to make our production systems faster, more efficient, and more resilient. In this role, you will investigate complex performance issues across applications, services, infrastructure, and cloud environments to deliver measurable improvements. You will turn production data into actionable root-cause findings while combining systems thinking, software troubleshooting, and fleet optimization. Collaborating with development, SRE, and infrastructure teams, you will identify bottlenecks and safely deploy optimizations across large-scale environments. Additionally, you will scale engineering practices by building reusable tools, dashboards, and knowledge-sharing content that empower teams to resolve issues independently.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Engineering.
