Job Brief The Solutions Engineer II (SE-II) is the go-to technical problem solver for Wayvia’s client-facing teams across the full client lifecycle. The SE-II partners with Account Executives on new business and with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers on existing clients—scoping expansions, solving for new use cases, supporting technical projects and resolving complex website integration challenges. With a deep understanding of Wayvia’s solution catalog, strong website technology skills and a creative approach to problem solving, the SE-II ensures clients get lasting value from the Wayvia platform well beyond the initial sale. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Technical Partner Across the Client Lifecycle — Serve as the technical subject matter expert for AEs, CSMs and AMs, supporting new business, renewals, expansions and ongoing client work with a balanced focus on both new and existing clients. Existing Client Projects & Expansions — Partner with CSMs and AMs to scope and solution expansion opportunities, custom configurations and technical projects for existing clients; identify growth opportunities rooted in how clients actually use the platform.
